I have been involved in figure skating for over 35 years. I started my career as a single skater and then moved on to ice dance and synchronized skating. I skated synchro with Finland’s Team Unique for 9 years and achieved many great placements nationally and internationally over that time.

After my own competitive career I have been working with single & synchronized skaters all over the World. My skaters have always showed a lot of ambition and determination and with that have been able to succeed in national and international competitions. My teams have brought home many medals from international ISU competitions, including the Silver from the Junior World Challenge Cup.

Traveling the World as a figure skating consultant has given me great opportunities to work with many teams and coaches. I have also done a number of ice shows and skills camps over the years with some of the most memorable ones being a fashion show on the ice, a corporate dinner gala in a convention center downtown Toronto and opening ceremonies for the Worlds.

Outside the rink I have been studying nutrition, teaching dance classes and working as a Synchronized Skating Project Manager and Educator for the Finnish Figure Skating Association. I have been working on several different projects such as: Nordics, Worlds, Olympic Committee funding, Sports Academies and National Team development.
